Don't give a Attitude by "Umhlanga Holidays"

Umhlanga Holidays is a accommodation letting agency on the KZN North Coast for holiday accommodation, I booked accom through them from the 20/03/2013 to the 24/03/2013. Prior to my depature it stated that after hours from 16:30 I must collect my accommadation keys from the Steers in Umhlanga, however due to my flight from JHB to KZN being delayed by an hour I arrived at the Steers at exactly 10:10pm the evening of the 20/03/2013 and the steers was closed, the emergency number on the door of the Steers put me through to the most rude and abrupt individual who blatantly refused to help me whatsoever. I than managed to locate the offices for Umhlanga Holidays, the emergency number on the door continueosly went to voice mail. I was now left stranded in Umhlanga with no accommodation and with my wife and 7 year old son I was forced to hire alternate accommodation for the night. When I eventually managed to get hold of Umhlanga Holidays on the Friday their response was "there is nothing they can do as Steers does them a favour" also after arriving back in JHB and corresponding with them via email they blatantly refused to assist or compesate me for my inconvenience. Holiday makers beware
