We needed accommodation for a contract we had in Richards Bay, found this company on [URL Removed] Our client asked us to commit to dates, we did and booked accommodation accordingly, advising Rihana we were on contract. As per Rihanas contract we paid 50% deposit immediately and the balance 4 days before arriving. We did this because the contract extend into the December holidays otherwise we would not secure accommodation..We did not stay for the duration of the booking and advised Rihana timeously of this. We asked to bank our remaining days for when we continued the contract but the client has terminated the contract with us. Rihana will not refund us 23 nights accommodation nor refund us. Refund us or give us the nights we have paid for and benefiting from the interest.
