I booked for a room a week before my arrival to south Africa i called the Ashlen who works there to confirm my booking which i payed i week before and sand them a proof of payment they told me that we are fully booked i complained but it was a cry to no avail i continued with my journey to Capetown booked another place the following day thinking i will go and sleep my money at .179 loop street but they told me there is no space i asked for my refund they refused with my R2300... if i don't get my refund i will keep on writing until we go to the small claims court...
