I purchased an e-tag, like an, and on day 2 the tag was not working properly. I was instructed to go to a customer service center to get a new one and to link it to my reg number.

After spending an hour there, had to delete 2 accounts which was extra on my original account (I never created these, I used the call center service to register and link my tag and in doing this the consultant that assisted me registered another 2 accounts for my car?!?!?!?!?), I received a new tag and queried amount debited on account which should be R49, 95 however I got R32.42 which I am still waiting for feedback for?

The tag worked the following day however this morning when I opened my emails I had received a letter stating that there are discrepancies on my account and that I will not receive the discount. I then called in again to query this letter and was told to take my tag in AGAIN so that they can link my tag AGAIN.

The call center agents have not received sufficient training and are useless. The staff at the centers are also clueless and not helpful.

I have now asked that they delete my account as I have been on the phone everyday thus far to sort out money and tag issues..PATHETIC
