Credit Profile not updated after 6 weeks

This is a third complain in a short space of months on the same account. I guess RCS enjoys being told on Hellopeter. This time I have been faxing and emailing a paid up letter from Ver-tex Solutions / MBD and each week when I call RCS the account is still outstanding and no paid up letter has been received.

I still can't believe I paid up all my accounts in after getting my job back in less than 5 months and yet it took me 11 months to sort out the RCS account because of the terrible service.

Well, I will make it easy for you. You can download the copy of the paid up letter from this link and update my ITC profile. I am not going to call in again, I expect you to call or email me the outcome.
