On Monday 21-01-2013 at 17h30 my car broke down on Old Jhb road in Centurion and I called Outsurance for assistance. The services I received regarding emergency case #422345 were excellent:
a) Wandoll calling me back so that I did't have to pay for a longer call from my cell
b) Quick return call and arrangements made by Coco Mokono for a towing truck
c) Friendly service, SMS's keeping me up to date exactly what was happening
d) 20 min wait for 5 Star Towing Service
e) Frans (from 5 Star) being very friendly and helpful, also dropping me off at home
f) Follow up call from Coco to make sure I'm safe and everything's in order.
