Billed without permission

Last month I received my bill and was suprised to see it is R1200 odd and thought oh well maybe I left my GPRS on. This month i received another bill 1449 from my service provider and WHAT a suprise. I contacted my provider and they gave me this contact number. I have never and will never subscribe to anything but there was activities on my account early hours of the morning when I was sleeping... like pass 1 in the morning pass 3 or 2 or 4 continuous. I contacted them and all they said was mam give me your number which i did and then we unsubscribe you. I asked the Lady who the subscribed to this and i would like to see where it is that I subscribed and once again to my suprise she could not tell ME.

How the do they get away from just charging a persons account without permission??? I have not and did not subscribe and what i want is my money back that they billed me continuously for. This is unacceptable as i do not download movies, tunes etc. I am so furious and i am one person not to mess with. if i am not reimbursed i will take this to court... and all charges on them.
