I discovered the first week of Jan that i have been billed R20 a day for the last couple of months. I use my cell strictly for business and never subscribe to any services. I did get the first sms and monthly sms saying im subscribed however in the past this is how i have been so i dont reply to any of these messages ever. I did check my bill that first month, however there was no R20 a day on it (i only saw now it was on there but excluding vat so it was R17.54 which is why i didnt see it). I have tried calling the number it gives on the sms but it just asks for my cell no then tells me their offices are closed.
Where is the proof that i subscribed to this service? (Since i know i didnt).
What service was rendered to me for R600 per month.
Why does the office numbers supplied not work?
Unless i can get the proof that i did subscribe and what service was rendered i want this reversed.
