Mira charging for a service i did not subscribe to

I have been charged for a service I never subscribed to. I have contacted Mira to unsubscribe me and to refund me for all these charges. I have been unsubscribed but they promised me someone will contact me with 24 to 36 hours to prove that I subscribed to this service. Its been over 2 week and no one has contacted me as yet. I need all these charges to be reversed. The reference number given was 2161440.
