Bad attitude and service

Since my laptop was taken away in June for repairs and after numerous follow ups i was sent an insurance claim form which warrants an excess this was not disclosed to me when i took the contract. on the 16 Sep i requested a voice recording of the day i took the contract since its my contract and its not forth coming. i need this voice recording for me to take action, i was assured that it will be made available should i require. Money is still being deducted from my bank account. This is day light . i need my contract they said it will be made available upon request, why cant it be made available. the other thing they keep changing consultants who are forever saying different stories every time. never will i ever buy from homechoice again and its affiliates.
