BAD SERVICE-CALL CENTRE & PRICING

In 2011 I took a contract for my mom (Emily E Khumalo-5108150452080), in her name agreed amount was R197 only that was coming with 2 phones, but they open 2 contracts & we were paying way more & 8ta didnt want to make the recording (KSS) available even today (spoke toJabu, Vuyo, Abdul & molebatsi) case 516626, now we took a R98 top up contract, now they are doing the same thing and said I must send email to their retainme office & no one came back to me and Ngwako say the is no contact. I want the recording to be made available and this to be fixed or the contract to be cancelled and take their device back and we are not prepared to pay penalty fees since this is their error.
now we are told that the one contract was moved (0815237846) and the other one (0815237844) stayed the same (the contract that we didn't take in the first place). Now we are told that the contract is R106.50.we are requesting for the recording to be made available again (the 2013 one, when I (Thoriso Mofokeng) spoke to your consultant: M ishfeeka -consultant her no. 021 0017457. MAKE THIS 2 CELL NUMBER TO BE PREPAID.8TA IS NOT COMPETENT AND THEIR STAFF. WE CANT BE AGREEING ON ONE THING AND THEY DO AS THEY WISH.
