Since my laptop was taken away in June for repairs and after numerous follow ups i was sent an insurance claim form which warrants an excess this was not disclosed to me when i took the contract. on the 16 Sep i requested a voice recording of the day i took the contract since its my contract and its not forth coming. i need this voice recording for me to take action, i was assured that it will be made available should i require. Money is still being deducted from my bank account. This is day light.
