We bought a Karcher vacuum cleaner a few years ago and since then have struggled to find the required replacement bags in any of the stores that sell the product. Resulting in me having to source a Karcher outlet to obtain same. Having on various occassions mentioned it to the staff who oversee the sales at a Karcher sole outlet no one seems to care. "Oh but they should bla bla bla... that does not help anyone!!!
About a year back they closed the Kempton Park Branch, meaning a trip to the Edenvale branch, only open during the week. I also work during the week so I had to take time off to buy vacuum bags! Today had to get replacements, got there & discovered that they have moved to Germiston.
The decision to buy a Karcher was because it is a good make. However, I fail to understand if Karcher stocks the large super stores with their product can someone at the company please explain WHY WHY can one not get the required replacement bags as and when needed.
When I replace the machine I will NOT, repeat NOT buy another Karcher due to there being no, yes NO product support from the very stores it was purchased.
