I have never come across such a bad customer care as the Competition Agency of Cuddlers which is Machine Agency. I contacted them on 11/11 with regard to swopping a voucher which a fellow mom. They told me we cant do this for various reasons. but will get back to me by 14/11. this never happened today 25/11 there is no new notes on the system as yet ask to speak to the Manager she is not in will call me back. Low and behold the agent that helped me on 11/11 phones me, with excuses why she didnt phone, told her so if i didnt call she would not have called back, after a discussion I actually found out she did not do what she was meant to do in the first week and now i have to lose out because of her incompetency. Machine Agency is really not the best company in the world and their staff needs to be jacked up. I still cant see the point why I cannot swop my prize with another mother is that so difficult. but Machine Agency thinks what they say is Law. But they forget nowhere but nowhere in the email states that it is not transferable to another person and when you point that out to them they laugh it off. SIMPLE I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO SWOP MY VOUCHER WITH SOMEONE ELSE
