On 17th January Cuddlers posted the weekly winners for their sms competition for 15th January on their Facebook page, On the list they published my wifes name advising she won a product voucher. She did not receive a sms, she called customer service (0860777111) to query, and after leaving 2 messages they contacted her back advising she did win, and asked for her postal details and advised that the prize will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and we have not received anything. She has contacted your customer service numerous times over the last few weeks and they promised to call her back, and to date no one has.
Today she called the company who is handling this competition on your behalf (0879437624) and they advised there is no product voucher prize. I checked the Facebook post and it is still there. We have been phoning so much its probably costing us more to phone then the value of this prize.
Can some one please contact my wife TODAY and tell us what is the problem.
