*8 Months to repair an Engine

I took my car in for and engine repair 8 months ago. Every month there is another excuse for not returning my car to me. My son work there so I have been very patient but I have enough now. I am paying an instalment of R2750 R650 Insurance on the car every month because I bought it through Wesbank, I have paid them the amount they have quoted me 3 months ago R28000. So far I have paid nearly R60000 for a car I have no use of. Please help this is Really unexceptable, and I have been more than reasonable. Ford Focus DNF457MP.
