I purchased a tent last year December from Bargain Tents in dbn. I emailed bargain tents requesting a quote on a canvas tent. I dealt with a lady Fazila. I transfered the money as soon as i received the quote. i called numerous times to find out if the tent will be delivered on time but only to find out on the last day that they closing. I had to arrange with someone in dbn to pick it up from them and take it to the airport to be send via air freight. When i received the tent it was a plastic (pvc) type of fabric with half of the pegs not being in the bag and nothing to close the tent with, but a few holes where i had to use rope to close it with. You could see the holes of the stitching in the tent of which i emailed pics to them. I had no choice but to use the tent as i paid for the holiday already. It started raining and the water came right through the tent wetting everything inside, the tent tore on the side as well. I have emailed them numerous times with no feedback.
