I brought the car in August, there was some faults on the car, the alarm went of all the time, and the door could not lock, I took the car to Ford in Witbank (55km from my home), en there I received very bad service, my car was there for more than a week and nobody phoned me, I who am the customer had to phone them to find out what is the problem, so their excuse was there was a strike at the Head office spares department, therefore I must wait for the part to arrive, so the part arrive, and they installed it, two days later the drivers door handle broke, so I took my car to Ford Secunda, and there the first time I receive very good service, but they had to order the part for the door handle, and more than two weeks went by before they phoned me to tell me the part has arrived, so I went there (40km) from my home, just to hear that is the wrong part that arrived, and now it is another two weeks later and still nothing, I can not lock my car, and the alarm still going off.
