Bought car from Eastvaal Ford Secunda, a Ford Figo, the badge is damaged, and they promised to replace before delivering my car. Upon collection the badge was not fixed, they promised to replace in a weeks time, and will phone me. I had to phone a week later, and the keep on promising. Its been 2 months now and is still waiting for Eastvaal Ford to fix the badge on boot. This is totally unacceptable, and every week I have to phone, only to hear an excuse. Please assist me in this matter.
