My Aunt (aged 64) broke her driver's side door handle over the weekend of 16 - 17 February 2013. On Monday 18 February, she placed an order and paid a (EFT) deposit of R350.00 with Jeandre who told her that it was on back order as they have no stock. I phoned about a week later asking if he couldn't get stock from somewhere else as she is an elderly lady who has to now climb over the passenger seat to open her door, this is causing her bruises and great displeasure, his response was "I told her that it would take 21 days to get the part but I will see what I can do, I'll phone you back in 30 mins". Until today he has not had the decency to phone me back. We have had to follow up to no avail. Yesterday 14 March, I phoned Proton Edenvale who confirmed that they have stock and that the warehouse has 33 pieces of part pw832401 in stock. I then phoned Jeandre back again and confirmed that this was indeed the part number he had ordered for her. He also assured me that the part would be in yesterday afternoon, (STILL WAITING TO HEAR). We emailed the manager Roneal [Email Removed] ALSO NO RESPONSE. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
