WORST SERVICE AND ATTITUDE EVER!!!

Good day

I had to make a payment arrangement with impact meter services, i have explained to them that my salary is only a certain amount and my rent consumes 90% of that salary as i live alone now and dont have a roommate that lives with me anymore to help cover the costs.

I then set up a payment arrangement with Francois and Sandra, Where the arrangement stated that a amount had to be paid. I then unfortunately could not get to the Impact offices to pay the amount on time (which was my fault i agree but was in PE at the time and only to find my electricity cut when i arrived home today) I also received a new statement which contradicts the arrangement that was set in place.

When i Asked about this, all that Francois Had to say was that the arrangement was not honored which i agreed upon. But i also stated to them that I WOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO PAY SET AMOUNT WHEN I RECEIVE MY SALARY AT THE END OF NOVEMBER>>>> WHICH WAS IGNORED IN MY EMAILS>>>

Then Francois decided to VOID the arrangements and now they say that I will only have electricity once the full amount which is more than DOUBLE the normal account as IMPACT decided to increase my DEPOSIT amount by another R1100!
