I called Impact meter to make an arrangement for payment. A guy called Francois didnt even let me finish, he just started shouting at me and asked me if i have read my contract. he didnt even listern as to when i want to pay this money, he started telling me how they are going to increase my deposit by R1400 and that i am a high risk. There way he was talking to me he made me feel stupid and small.he even told me that this is not an edgars acc.
Impact meter needs to invest in teaching their employees how to handle customers. i am glad that i am geting a new place so that i dont get to deal with people like Francois.
