"Pathetic Service, wrong info passed on"

I called Impact Meter meters on the 13th of August 2013, my lights money was paid by a fmaily memeber who deposited the money into the wrong bank... the Lady whose name i cannot remember told me to send proof of payment because impact will reverse the payment and i have nothing to worry about...

a few days later my lights gets disconnected... when i phone impact to enquire they then tell me that i have to go into the bank..."WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS ON THE 13TH OF AUGUST SO I COULD HAVE AVOIDED MY ELECTRICITY BEING DISCONNNECTED"

i do not have the money to pay the reconnection fee. and they tell me that i have to when the reason this happend is because of impact meters in the first place..

this is disgusting from such professional people and especially from Francois V who told me to off and pay the reconnection fee.

i have even paid the bill for the electricity and they still do not want to connnect it...

i would like to inform impact Meters that i will hold them responsible for any damages to appliances and food stock that there is because of the imcompetency.
