After visiting the Double Mouth camping area for 2 years and loving it, we decided to go there again and made a reservation at Eastern Cape Parks Board more than 12 months ago & received written confirmation of booking as well as payment.
Last week after ECPB confirmed they will make a refund due to cancellation, now all of sudden a week later they turn around and refuse to make refund AND advise me that only 50% of funds have been received by them?!
This is absolute ridiculous! I will not accept this unprofessional & behavior and will take this matter to court to protect my legal rights!
An email has been sent to the relevant authorities so time will tell what ECPB will do to rectify this matter. In the meantime to everybody who reads this - BEWARE OF MAKING A BOOKING WITH EASTERN CAPE PARKS BOARD!!!
