I had complained regarding real time marketing not returning my money, falsely marketing the holiday club and cancelled within 5 days yet still, until today from the date I sent my written cancellation which is the end of July 2013, I STILL have not received my refund! The manager of the head office in Umhlanga responds stating I will receive my refund yet when I call Candice states the director hasn't been in all week to sign of my money that was promised a long time ago! Real time marketing is running a, I will let all I know of this institution. The holiday club should be embarrassed to be associated with real time marketing. Let all know the 21 Day's are over and still I dont have my money!
