I had won a holiday voucher from realtime marketing. I faxed through the voucher to 086 641 7193 as requested. The agent had told me that once i fax through the voucher that I would be contacted within 7 days and I have had no response since. I tried phoning the number 031 561 2599 and no response.
So is this realtime marketing a? or hoax? or is the customer service just bad? Would I actually get my holiday when I require it or should I not bother and just pay for my holiday?
