On the 01/09/2013 we were approached by a guy who told us to scratch these tickets to win a guaranteed prize. I scratched & found 3 stars, to claim my guaranteed price we had to go to Realtime Marketing office and listen to them for an hour about the Holiday Club. We did so & after the wonderful offer of which we could sell our "bonus weekends" to pay off the monthly instalment we agreed. However after contacting CapeEscape the lady said we can only sell points and not "bonus weekends" as stated. I sent a cancellation email to the Holiday Club on the 02/09/2013 but on the 07/09/2013 I was contacted the bank saying my credit card is over limit. I explained to the lady from the bank & she advised I call REALTIME and request the refund. When I called REALTIME the lady said the money can only be re-funded after 22 working days. This is absurd!!! Oh and the guaranteed prize was a pamphlet asking us to pay money for the prize we won. Very disappointed.
