This company should be closed down because we are not allowed to go to their offices to also buy electricity and the people working there are also very rude and not helpful. I don't want to pay so much money for electricity because they are charging what they want to and are getting away with it. I am a poor person and I cannot afford what they are charging. If I buy electricity for R350 they take R150. Is this right because I checked with the government and they said they are overcharging us and they are not giving us proof of what we paid them but they say ask for proof when you want but they never give any proof.
