On Monday Jan 14th 2013 I applied for a Plot and Plan. I was conned into believing the estate agent (Steven Kellerman) that after bond approval it will take 3-4 months till completion of the house.
The bond was approved before end of Jan and the instruction for bond registration was already initiated on the 1st of Feb by the lawyers. So according to the agent at latest May 2013 we would've moved in already.
It is close to middle Nov and the house is not yet complete.
By several of the on-site contractors I've been told that they're instructed to continue with other sites as my house does not take preference at this stage.
Not only does the house take extremely long even after NUMEROUS complaints of EXTREMELY bad work done (long list available of items) these items don't get preference either.
Majority of the contractors did not even receive a proper plan to work from resulting in incorrect items to be built or installed.
I would NOT recommend purchasing a Plot & Plan from this development unless you have your own builders (Viking Village Development).
You get no feedback from them unless you demand it.
