I applied for a Personal loan on 26 Sptember 2013. After a week I had to go see the office to find out what is happening, because I had no feedback up to then. I spoke to the lady at the branch and confirm that she had all the documents. She required the last Financial Statements (10 days later) of my business which I e-mailed to her on 10/10/2013. I need the money, as I have underbudgeted when I registered my second bond the finish my house which I am building. An application for a further bond would have taken too long, as I have suppliers and wages to pay.( I built a second house cash on my smallholding) I now have two brand new thatch houses with a small bond of R530 000-00. My property has a marketvalue of at least R3, 0 million now. What is the problem with the loan application? Why is it again taking such a long time? Can't they see that I can afford the loan if I could have built a second house without a bond?
Why do we always have to start fighting before something happens? It is not enjoyable to complain every time, but it seems that it is the only way that things start to happen.
