Parcel sent on ship instead of ai

29 October Parcel sent to 48 Ironwood Road Guelph Ontario Canada - paid the Int Air parcel fee - package stamped with stickers of hot air balloons clearly indicating BY& AIR. Phoned on 8 November track & trace - guess what - parcel on ship on 1 November. Post office will refund but the parcel is late and not even sure if it will reach the intended person whilst still in Guelph.
