I was due for an upgrade and i was promised the sumsang s4 and they delivered s4 mini without consulting me reason was they were out of stock mean while my phone reads sim card registration failed because they did the sim swap. I send the phone back and asked them to open my line, they told me that after I send the phone they will open the line. Today I was told I must pay R200 to get a new sim card, I don't believe that I must pay for their mistake besides It's been two weeks without a phone I explain to them that I run a business and I am 520 kilometers away from home I feel that my right has been violeted repeatedly please help.
