We were invoiced for laundry services they rendered. We overpaid the invoice by approximately R450. We noticed the mistake 3 weeks later and requested that money be returned to us. Never heard back from them.
They overcharged us on a previous invoice. We notified them, they did not even apologize for the "mistake".
As a laundry service they lost quite a significant number of our items. We would query it with them, they wouldn't bother to return the items until we withheld payment of invoices. Then the items would show up
as if miraculously.
Still owes us some items which we have invoiced them for and have not been either paid or items returned.
Generally unfriendly attitude, with threatening emails, towards the end of the business relationship, if our payment was late by a week or so. We withheld payment because their service was bad and they owed us items they had lost.
Bad to do business with especially after they started doing business with a larger customer, which would take a lot of their time. Service to us deteriorated visibly as we seemed to have been relegated to second class customer, with careless approach to service and PR.
