How shocking that a parcel that came all the way from America in less than a week, should at the JIMC for 3 weeks. Lame story on the tracking site that an attempt has been made to deliver. Really?
Nobody answers the phone there - you're on hold for ages just to be cut off on purpose! In case someone actually has to do their jobs!
The two people mentioned have been emailed numerously - they don't even respond!
Not surprise the place makes huge losses. Can't wait for them to go out of business so all those lazy employees can join the jobless market. Serves them right for not delivering a service in the first place!
