It is really appalling to know the extent of in South African Post Offices. I was sent a parcel from the UK since the 30th of October and I am still yet to receive the parcel or any info therein. I called the post office a week ago and till now no word. I spoke to Patrick and he mentioned he would return my call but has not till now. The excuse is since there isn't any tracking no they can't help.
I think that is just absurd. The address the parcel is going to as well as a cell no is on the parcel. Does it mean people are at liberty to another persons parcel because there isn't any tracking no on it? This happened to my girlfriend months ago and she hasn't received the parcel till now. I really need answers and a solution to this problem. Apparently this problem seems to have been going on for a while from what I have heard recently.
