Site Manager's bad attitude

On Saturday morning while i had my car parked at the wedge shopping centre someone may have scratched my car here. i went back on monday to speak to security to check if i could have a look at their cameras to identify who may have done this. security told me to speak to site manager. firstly this site manager comes and tells me that i should not speak english with him. secondly then admits they do have a camera close to where i was parked but flatly refused for me to look at the cameras and basically dismissed, arrogantly with bad attitude telling me i can speak to his head office if i please but he will not allow it. now can someone firstly tell me at Servest what the procedure is if i need to look at the cameras on a site you manage or do i need to open a police case as this dear man so advised that i need to and advise me if i do, who do i open a case against? SERVEST? and someone tell me how you deal with such a situation regarding your site managers and his attitude? this man went on to tell me about how my woman at home could have been the one to scratch my car! telling me everything not concerning him except what i simply requested and giving me attitude about it!
