My phone was tonight at around 17:45 while it was only my husband & I and 2 other couples in the McDonalds. The manager on duty had an appalling attitude and ignored us for almost 15 minutes after we repeatedly requested to speak to him regarding the matter. He also refuses to show us the security footage - we were seated in full view of 2 of the cameras. I am highly upset by the attitude of the manager, the staff and the circumstances. If the manager had nothing to hide surely he wouldn't mind showing us the security footage?
