Cameras not zooming to parking area

I was at Woodlands Boulevard on 07 July 2013 from 2:08pm. Parked at 8th parking spot second row from Food lovers market entrance. I found my car bumped into when I left just after 9pm, my husband and I spoke to two security guards who were on duty at the time to ask control office to check the cameras in the same section where I was parked. The control office responded by saying the cameras do not reach to where I was parked therefore cannot pick up the car that bumped into mine.

I need this to be investigated immediately by the mall so that I can get to the bottom of the case with the police.
