On 03/09/2013 09H03 I bought palisade and other steel from this company, then I was promised to get my stuff the following day the staff was never delivered then I made follow-ups for that whole week but the stuff was never delivered until I had to go somewhere to get the same stuff because my property was at stake, then on the 07/09/2013 I told the lady by the name shantel (resigned) to cancell that order cause they have failed to hourner their promise and told her I alredy bought that staff somewhere and its being deliverd, then shantel told me that they don't refund customers in their company, so I asked her what must I do cause the problem its on their site, she told me she will try to sell that stuff and refund me until she resigned, then the other lady by the name lizelle took over she told me the very same story until today they don't want to refund me so please can you help me
