19/03/13 when to pick n pay in braamfontein to buy the cooked full chicken when we get the it was after pm the was nothing on the shelves then we ash the guy who works the he we want to food department but it was close & no food but on top of the oven the was a pack of full chicken the lady gave it to us.according to her it wasn't suppose to be bought as she claimed it was sold i ask her where is the receipt & why is not marked as staff who purchase the food in the store their staff get marked.no one answered took the chicken to the till but when the cashier was selling it to us she was told not to selling as it was for the stuff members ask for a supervisor Anna who also confirmed that it cant be sold its for her stuff members i ask her again but why is it not marked she just said they cant sell it. I told her so you guys you failed to provide proof & seemingly we as customers we don't count. We left very shuttered & disappointed .so i'm disgusted by pick & pay in braam as the don't provide excellent services all stuff members should be taken to training to be taught customer service.
