I went to buy some books for my teaching practicals. I went to the counter so that someone can help me. Firstly she looks at me and help someone else and when a lady told her I am standing there she looked at the with an attitude. So I asked her if they have the Xkit achieve Geography in Afrikaans. She said no they don't make it in Afrikaans. So I told her I saw at another place that they sell it in Afrikaans and that I want to buy at Juta because I want to use my eduloan card. She said with an attitude that I can't buy school stuff with my eduoloan card. Then I told her that I have to use it for my practicals she said that she told me that I can't use my edulaon card. And walked away. I have bought stuff for my practicals (school stuff) and now it is the first time someone said no they can't help me.
Why couldn't she just help me in a nice manner? Why in such an attitude? I could see before I asked her that she is rude to the other customers aswell. I am never going back again. Will find a place where I can buy my school books for my practicals
