I bought a beige lounge suite from Steel-land furniture, roughly a week ago. When it was delivered, the lounge suite didn't fit in my lounge as I had hoped. When I contacted Steel-land regarding a refund, they gladly assisted in collected the goods and administrating the refund. Toefgah (The sales lady) was pleasant and delightful throughout the entire process.
I would certainly consider purchasing furniture from them in the future. Not only is their service excellent but their showroom is superb.
