PROBLEM WITH DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS

I purchased n item which was declined, no reason were given, paid a deposit of R250 and when inquiring I were put on hold then the accounts refunds did not have my details, but the customer care had all my details, seems that the one hand does know what the other is doing.

I requested a refund of the deposit, after phoning and waiting on the line I were cut off, bad service.

I hope that in future people look at the peoples credentials before making a purchase. We myself and my spouse wanted to start having the item purchased, but waiting in anticipation no one ever came back to say declined.
