I joined amazing Vouchers a good couple of months ago, they have been promising me a membership card witch I still haven't received to this day. I then call to cancel and all 4 times they promised to call me back to assist but never did
. Today they say i should send a mail to the manager as there are no managers available. Then they want to charge a cancellation Fee witch i will never pay. Their service is pathetic, the vouchers don' even work. If i do not get a respond from the manager i sent a mail to by C.O.B today. I will get my Lawyer to contact with them and file a law suit. I work for a company where customer service is KEY am disgusted by the attitude i get from the call centre.
