We ordered my fianc? 's ring about ten months before the wedding, and thank goodness we did. We ordered a titanium and silver mens ring from Mario's Jewellers. Two months after paying the deposit we were informed that the supplier didn't have our size, but that they would resize a ring slightly larger to fit. A month after that we were informed that they could not resize titanium, but that they would get back to us. At this point I was ready to ask for my deposit back. However, imagine my surprise when I got a call a month later to inform us that they could not find our ring anywhere, but instead of just handing me back my deposit and suffering the resulting social media backlash I would have created, they told me they would be designing the same ring for us in gold and silver, at no extra cost. We picked the ring up yesterday and its absolutely gorgeous - probably even better than our original choice. I am very impressed at Mario's Jeweller's and their ability to turn a potential disaster into a story we will tell again and again, with a happy ending.
