I have been trying to get hold of Weava cell in order to notify them of my intetion not to continue with my Cellular contract. I have sent them emails but no one is getting back to me. My contract is ending in May and no one has made any attempt to contact me about it. Last week wednesday they called me to upgrade but when i informed whoever was on the line about my intetion, she quickly told me that someone will call me to update the notice to cancel the contract. No one has called so far! Can somebody assist me please?
