WORST SERVICE!

I own a photography company, thus means the disc has to be posted to my clients.
I constantly have problems with the disc going missing, late delivery or no delivery at all.
This now costs myself extra money, makes my clients very unhappy and gives myself a very bad name when yet I am always on time.
I got charged a different rate depending whom was there on certain days, they could never come to a final amount.
You have the worst service ever, I am beyond disappointed and I have told EVERYONE to NEVER use your service as I have now stopped.
