Adriaan Coetzee subtracted R 2000 off of our deposit for things like cleaning fees, removal of rubbish bin, things that were apparantly broken or missing. 6 Stoppers from our rails were not up to standard according to him, i mean these are things that you touch once and thats when you put up curtains. No receipts were provided for the hundreds of rands that were apparantly spent on repairs and things bought. Our deposit is late and has still not refected in my account. He never pithced up for his pre inspection and was so late for his exit inspection. These people are and we are applying for judgements etc against them.
