Mail Stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

Hi

I have been trying to retrieve this parcel for ages now. I have contacted Debbie who found a tracking number for me. The tracking now says the parcel is at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). I cannot get through to them as they simply do not answer their phones. All i need is for this to be sent to Bryanston Post Office. PLease suggest a solutions as being on hold for 45 minutes at a time is not my idea of fun.
