Parcel twice and now I'm being ignored. R6000 Gone

On the 30th of april i went to collect a parcel "samsung galaxy s3 cellphone" from the rosettenville branch, just to find an empty box cut open. i filled an enquiry form and submitted all necessary docs. I was told i would refunded. Up until today I havent even had an update from anyone. Even since another parcel was also and no response as well. R6000 GONE. No-one wants to accept responsibility. parcel number RI270530840ZA
